about zildaZilda, our stunning army truck. She was bought as a toy for us, but we decided it was a shame to keep her all to ourselves and offer you the opportunity to stay in her in our lovely meadow.
Zilda will sleep up to four people in comfort. She has a full size double bed and full size bunk beds. She comes fully equipped with a small woodburner, a two ring gas hob, a sink and all the cutlery, crockery and pots and pans you are likely to need. Located nearby are your own flushing loo and horsebox shower. Zilda is a unique conversion of a former Cold War radio truck a Zil 131, originally built in 1972 and purchased by us in 2017. She was converted here at Rosevidney into the stunning Glamping accomodation she now is. She is still fully road legal and can, on occasion be seen navigating the Cornish lanes with her owners Phil or Verity at the wheel. |
